Introductory Session - All new clients with no prior training should book a 50-minute individual session for a fitness assessment and to establish individual goals. This also gives you the opportunity to review the Principles of Pilates and practice using the equipment. We can also discuss which classes will best meet your needs and chart your goals.
Beginner Course - A choice of 2 individual sessions AND 2 open group sessions. OR 3 individual sessions. This is recommended to those who are just starting Pilates or who need more practice before joining a group session.
Individual Session - One-on-one training with one of our STOTT PILATES® or Power Pilates Instructors. The private sessions are encouraged for clients who are new to Pilates, desire personalized attention, and/or require specialized practices to achieve optimal quality of movement and functional fitness performance. Clients of any age or fitness level from post-rehabilitation patients to elite athletes will benefit from these private sessions.
Duet Session - Sessions for two, specialized practices to achieve optimal quality of movement and functional fitness performance. Both individuals do not need to have the same needs or goals! It is best you come to us with another individual in mind, and we will do our best to fit you with a partner if you do not already have one.
Private Group Session - Closed group for three to five clients in which the fitness focus may change from week to week, but the clients remain the same. If you would like to come regularly with your friends, family, or teammates, these are the sessions to schedule.
Open Group Session - Regularly scheduled sessions for up to eight, open to the first to sign up by phone or through MindBody. See our schedule for open-group class schedule.
Mat Session - These classes allow you to experience mat Pilates and a variety of yoga styles in a friendly, small group setting. We are continuously adding new group fitness classes to our schedule.
