Open Group Equipment Classes


Essential Morning Rise
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30 a.m.; Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 a.m.
This class awakes the senses while giving you a total body workout. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and energized.

Essential Fit & Tone Class
Monday 3:30 p.m.; Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:30 a.m.; Wednesday 2:15 p.m.; Saturday 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Targets core muscle for strength and toning with an additional focus on sculpting the arms and legs. Small props may be used in addition to the larger equipment. This class may at times be quicker than the Essential Morning Rise Class.

Men/Women's Fit and Tone
Monday and Thursday 6:15 p.m.
This class focuses on the specific needs for men. The intensity of the muscle training will be increased while the focus on flexibility and range of motion progresses slowly.

Intermediate Fit & Tone Class
Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 a.m.
Targets core muscle strength and toning with additional focus on sculpting of the arms and legs. To participate in this class, it is advised that you have mastered all of the Essential repertoire.

Intermediate Core Challenge
Monday 9:30 a.m.
This class targets the deep core muscles for strength, balance, and coordination. To participate in this class, it is advised that you have mastered all of the Essential repertoire

Advanced Classes
Intermediate/Advanced Fit & Tone Class
Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 a.m.
This class switches from one exercise to the next at a fast pace. The class focuses on muscle strength and endurance, flexibility, and coordinating using the intermediate and advanced repertoire. To attend the class you must have mastered all essential repertoire and be familiar with the intermediate repertoire.

Specialty Classes
Multiple Sclerosis Private Class

Monday 1:00 p.m.
This class focuses on the specific needs of people living with multiple sclerosis and other autoimmune diseases that attack the nervous system. We learn how to engage the deep core muscles to create stable movements throughout the body. The class has a special focus on balance and coordination.

Pre- & Post-Natal, Senior Citizens, and Tri-Athlete Classes
Our instructors have special training in the different challenges you may face throughout life. Please contact us to set-up a specialty class.
