Private SessionsEach session is 55 minutes duration.
Each session consists of 1-on-1 training with our STOTT PILATES® Instructor. The Private Sessions are encouraged for the clients who are new to Pilates and for the clients who desire the personalized attention and/or require the specialized programming to achieve optimal quality of movement and functional fitness performance. Clients of any age or fitness level from post-rehabilitation patients to elite athletes will benefit from these Private Sessions. Specialized equipment including the Reformer, Spring Wall, Barrel, Fitness Circles, Stability Chair, and a variety of other small apparatuses are used to meet the needs of each individual client. Semi-Private SessionsEach session is 55 minutes duration.
You can either schedule a class with your friends during a Private-Group Session or come to an Open session and make new friends. Private-Group Sessions are closed sessions of two to four people where the fitness focus may change from week to week but the clients remain the same. So, if you would like to come regularly with your friends, family, or teammates, these are the classes to schedule. Just work with Kara or Alina to set a weekly time. Open-Group Sessions are held each week at a regular time and are open to the first four people that come. See Calendar for details. Introductory SessionAll new clients are recommended to hold a 50 minute individual session wherein you will have a fitness assessment and your individual goals will be charted. This also gives you the opportunity to review the Principles of Pilates and practice using the equipment. We can also discuss which classes will best meet your needs and chart a plan.
