Alina Seright
Alina Seright is the owner of the family owned Omni Pilates, LLC, the first private fitness and wellness studio in Southwest Lubbock. Certified in the STOTT PILATES® method, Alina is certified to work with injured and special populations as well anyone seeking advanced fitness comfortably and safely.
The STOTT PILATES® method and equipment allow Alina to customize workouts to fit individual needs and goals, Omni accommodates men and women of all ages, from post-rehab clients to highly trained athletes, through group or private sessions.

Focusing on the total client, Alina has broadened her studio to include Mindfulness Meditation.
Alina believes that healthy people build healthy communities, and community networking has always been a priority for her. She is president of Lubbock Executive Forum, an Ambassador for Lubbock Food Bank, a member of the Hispanic Association of Women, LULAC, and National Association of Professional Women. Alina and her husband John Seright, a local CPA and partner of Robinson Burdette Martin & Seright, LLP, have four children, Sasha, Sarah, Stephanie, and Ryan—all of whom share Alina’s passion for fitness. Alina brings her own brand of optimism and sense of humor to her skills as a Pilates Instructor.
Alina has successfully completed her STOTT PILATES® Intensive Reformer & Advanced Reformer training in Houston at Pilates South Texas Center. She completed her STOTT PILATES® Intensive Barrel Training at the ONE Pilates Studio in Denver, Colorado. Alina is also a Certified Primary/Advance Pilates and Modern Pilates Instructor through FiTOUR. She has participated in STOTT PILATES® Jump Board Interval Training Levels 1 and 2 workshops and the STOTT PILATES® Athletic Conditioning Power and Agility Reformer Intervals on Cardio-Tramp Rebounder Workshops and Golf Conditioning Levels 1 through 4. She is also certified in STOTT PILATES® Total Barre, Halo, ZEN•GA Mat and ZEN•GA equipment, Injuries and Special Populations.

Ali Duffy
Ali Duffy (PhD, MFA) is a President’s Excellence Professor, Graduate Director, and Associate Head of Dance at Texas Tech University. She is the founder and Artistic Director of Flatlands Dance Theatre (www.flatlandsdance.org) and a co-director of the International Parenting and Dance Network. Dr. Duffy’s book, Dancing Motherhood, was published in 2023 and her book, Careers in Dance,was published in 2021. She is the co-editor of the Research in Dance Education 2023 special issue, “Dancing, Parenting, and Professional Challenges.” Her written scholarship has also been published in the Journal of Dance Education, the Journal of Dance Medicine and Science, Dance Education in Practice, American Journal of Arts Management, the Journal of Arts Management, Society, and Law, and as chapters in several anthologies. Recent artistic and educational residencies include the University of South Florida, Virginia Tech, Central Michigan University, Alma College, University of Detroit, Lindenwood University, UNC Greensboro, and Trinidad’s COCO Dance Festival. Dr. Duffy’s creative work is supported by the National Endowment for the Arts, the UK Arts and Humanities Research Council, the Mid-America Arts Alliance, the Texas Commission on the Arts, the Community Foundation of West Texas, the REA Charitable Foundation, and the Helen Jones Foundation. She is certified to teach Pilates mat through Power Pilates and Reformer certification through STOTT PILATES®.
Kyla Olson
Kyla Olson is an Associate Professor of Practice in the School of Theatre and Dance at Texas Tech University. She currently serves as the Head of Dance and is the faculty advisor for Chi Tau Epsilon, a philanthropic dance student organization. Kyla serves as a choreographer for the School of Theatre and Dance’s annual musical and dance productions. In August 2022, Kyla had the honor of creating choreography for Texas Tech University’s Centennial Celebration, Eyes on the Horizon. Olson has worked extensively for Lubbock Moonlight Musicals as a choreographer since 2010. Kyla also served as the Executive Director, as well as a choreographer and performer, for Flatlands Dance Theatre from 2010-2018.

Melissa Brading
Melissa Brading is a dancer, teacher and choreographer originally from Topeka, KS. She holds an MFA in Dance from the University of Michigan and a BFA in Dance Education from the University of Central Oklahoma. She has taught various styles of dance, yoga and Pilates to people of all backgrounds and served as a faculty member at the Limón Institute, University of Michigan and is currently an Assistant Professor of Practice in Dance at Texas Tech University. She is also a certified yoga and Countertechnique teacher. Melissa has a passion for teaching movement of any kind and finds joy in witnessing others find their strength and mobility.
