
Alina Seright
Founder & Master Instructor
Alina Seright is the owner of the family owned Omni Pilates, LLC, the first private fitness and wellness studio in Southwest Lubbock. Certified in the STOTT PILATES® method, Alina is certified to work with injured and special populations as well anyone seeking advanced fitness comfortably and safely.
The STOTT PILATES® method and equipment allow Alina to customize workouts to fit individual needs and goals, Omni accommodates men and women of all ages, from post-rehab clients to highly trained athletes, through group or private sessions.

Focusing on the total client, Alina has broadened her studio to include Mindfulness Meditation.
Alina believes that healthy people build healthy communities, and community networking has always been a priority for her. She is president of Lubbock Executive Forum, an Ambassador for Lubbock Food Bank, a member of the Hispanic Association of Women, LULAC, and National Association of Professional Women. Alina and her husband John Seright, a local CPA and partner of Robinson Burdette Martin & Seright, LLP, have four children, Sasha, Sarah, Stephanie, and Ryan—all of whom share Alina’s passion for fitness. Alina brings her own brand of optimism and sense of humor to her skills as a Pilates Instructor.
Alina has successfully completed her STOTT PILATES® Intensive Reformer & Advanced Reformer training in Houston at Pilates South Texas Center. She completed her STOTT PILATES® Intensive Barrel Training at the ONE Pilates Studio in Denver, Colorado. Alina is also a Certified Primary/Advance Pilates and Modern Pilates Instructor through FiTOUR. She has participated in STOTT PILATES® Jump Board Interval Training Levels 1 and 2 workshops and the STOTT PILATES® Athletic Conditioning Power and Agility Reformer Intervals on Cardio-Tramp Rebounder Workshops and Golf Conditioning Levels 1 through 4. She is also certified in STOTT PILATES® Total Barre, Halo, ZEN•GA Mat and ZEN•GA equipment, Injuries and Special Populations.

Sarah Diaz
Founder & Instructor
My name is Sarah, and I have a passion for fitness, wellness, and travel. I am a believer in healing the mind, body, and soul. When you are in alignment with your self, everything in life is just a little sweeter.
I graduated with a Masters in Science in Hospitality and Retail Management from Texas Tech University. I am certified in reformer 1, 2, and Zenga Pilates. I am trained in intermediate & advanced Cadillac, Stability Chair, and working with injured and post rehab clients. I have taught Pilates for over 7 years.
I am certified in Yin Yoga with a 200 hour certification. I formerly was a spin instructor for 2 years. I am a Reiki master and a Past Life Hypnotherapy practitioner.

Kyla Olson
Instructor
Kyla Olson is an Associate Professor of Practice in the School of Theatre and Dance at Texas Tech University. She currently serves as the Head of Dance and is the faculty advisor for Chi Tau Epsilon, a philanthropic dance student organization. Kyla serves as a choreographer for the School of Theatre and Dance’s annual musical and dance productions. In August 2022, Kyla had the honor of creating choreography for Texas Tech University’s Centennial Celebration, Eyes on the Horizon. Olson has worked extensively for Lubbock Moonlight Musicals as a choreographer since 2010. Kyla also served as the Executive Director, as well as a choreographer and performer, for Flatlands Dance Theatre from 2010-2018.
Kyla Olson holds a BFA in Dance from West Texas A&M University and an MFA in Dance from Sam Houston State University. She has also presented original choreography and taught master classes across the state over the past decade, including teaching and presenting original choreography at the American College Dance Association festival and the National Dance Education Organization Conference. Kyla is also an ABT® Certified Teacher in Pre-Primary-Level 3 of the ABT® National Training Curriculum and has her 200-Hour Yoga Certification. Melissa Brading
Instructor
Melissa Brading is a dancer, teacher and choreographer originally from Topeka, KS. She holds an MFA in Dance from the University of Michigan and a BFA in Dance Education from the University of Central Oklahoma.
She has taught various styles of dance, yoga and Pilates to people of all backgrounds and served as a faculty member at the Limón Institute, University of Michigan and is currently an Assistant Professor of Practice in Dance at Texas Tech University.
She is also a certified yoga and Countertechnique teacher. Melissa has a passion for teaching movement of any kind and finds joy in witnessing others find their strength and mobility. Melissa is certified to teach through STOTT PILATES®. Visit her website at melissabrading.com.

Landry Armstrong

Hey there! My name is Landry Armstrong. I am the social media manager for Omni Pilates. I'm 19 years old and originally from Plano, Texas. Right now, I'm a sophomore studying marketing at Texas Tech University.
At Omni Pilates, I handle all the social media content you see. From creating engaging posts to sharing exciting stories, I make sure our online presence is vibrant and reflective of our amazing community. My role here not only helps me gain valuable experience in the marketing field but also allows me to combine my passion for fitness with my love for digital media. I'm excited to continue growing and learning in this role, and I'm thrilled to be a part of the Omni Pilates family!

Katherine Lott
Wellness Practitioner
In 1995, I walked into the world of healing arts through the doors of the Austin School of massage therapy. Over the years, I have added to my toolbox many powerful modalities such as trigger-point therapy, reflexology, iridology, guided visualization, and acupressure facial massage.
In 2001, I started Indwell "life by design” my own coaching business. Where I focus on the connection between mind-body and spirit. I’m thankful that Omni Pilates is providing a beautiful space to offer these treatments. I look forward to seeing you soon!
