introductory Classes All new clients with no prior training should book a 50-minute individual session for a fitness assessment and establishing individual goals. This also gives you the opportunity to review the Principles of Pilates and practice using the equipment. We can also discuss which classes will best meet your needs and chart your goals. To attend an Intermediate Class one must have mastered all Essential-Level Exercises.
Pilates with Equipment Sessions
Pilates offers various exercises to stabilize and mobilize the body. The use of equipment is an excellent enhancer to any Pilates routine. Omni Pilates offers Private, Duet, Open Group, and Private Group Sessions on the Equipment.
Private Sessions, 55 minutes Each session consists of one-on-one training with one of our STOTT PILATES® Instructors. The private sessions are encouraged for clients who are new to Pilates, desire personalized attention, and/or require specialized practices to achieve optimal quality of movement and functional fitness performance. Clients of any age or fitness level from post-rehabilitation patients to elite athletes will benefit from these private sessions. Specialized equipment including the reformer, barrel, fitness circles, stability chair, and a variety of other small apparatuses help meet the needs of each individual client.
Duet Sessions, 55 minutes Sessions for two, specialized practices to achieve optimal quality of movement and functional fitness performance.
Private-Group Sessions, 55 minutes Closed sessions for three or four clients in which the fitness focus may change from week to week, but the clients remain the same. If you would like to come regularly with your friends, family, or teammates, these are the sessions to schedule.
Open-Group Sessions, 55 minutes Regularly scheduled sessions for up to eight, open to the first to sign up by phone or through MindBody. See Calendar for open-group class schedule.
