Alina Seright

Alina Seright is the owner of the family owned Omni Pilates, LLC, the first private fitness and wellness studio in Southwest Lubbock. Certified in the Stott Pilates method, Alina is certified to work with injured and special populations as well anyone seeking advanced fitness comfortably and safely.
The Stott method and equipment allow Alina to customize workouts to fit individual needs and goals, Omni accommodates men and women of all ages, from post-rehab clients to highly trained athletes, through group or private sessions.

Focusing on the total client, Alina has broadened her studio to include Mindfulness Meditation.
Alina believes that healthy people build healthy communities, and community networking has always been a priority for her. She is president of Lubbock Executive Forum, an Ambassador for Lubbock Food Bank, a member of the Hispanic Association of Women, LULAC, and National Association of Professional Women. Alina and her husband John Seright, a local CPA and partner of Robinson Burdette Martin & Seright, LLP, have four children, Sasha, Sarah, Stephanie, and Ryan—all of whom share Alina’s passion for fitness. Stephanie Diaz has joined the studio as Alina’s Operation Manager and a Pilates instructor. Sarah, a fashion and merchandising graduate of Texas Tech University, manages the studio’s clothing shop. Alina brings her own brand of optimism and sense of humor to her skills as a Pilates Instructor.
Alina has successfully completed her STOTT PILATES® Intensive Reformer & Advanced Reformer training in Houston at Pilates South Texas Center. She completed her STOTT PILATES® Intensive Barrel Training at the ONE Pilates Studio in Denver, Colorado. Alina is also a Certified Primary/Advance Pilates and Modern Pilates Instructor through FiTOUR. She has participated in STOTT PILATES® Jump Board Interval Training Levels 1 and 2 workshops and the STOTT PILATES® Athletic Conditioning Power and Agility Reformer Intervals on Cardio-Tramp Rebounder Workshops and Golf Conditioning Levels 1 through 4. She is also certified in STOTT Pilates Total Barre, Halo, ZEN•GA Mat and ZEN•GA equipment, Injuries and Special Populations.

Alexandria (Alex) Hernandez

With her diverse background in athletics, dance, and training, Alex can help you meet a range of fitness goals. Alex is certified in a classical Pilates system by Power Pilates and has a personal training certificate. She has over six years experience in the fitness industry working with many different clients from ages nine to eighty-nine. She has worked with such athletes as golfers, climbers, and runners and with special and injured populations through pregnancy, post-surgery, pelvic floor dysfunction, and nerve-pain issue.
The benefits of including classical Pilates workouts carries over to a stronger body in all aspects of life whether you are an athlete, new mom, or wanting to create greater circulation within your body to keep vital systems operative. Alex is able to fuse her personal training Certificate of Applied Functional Science with Pilates to create the best workout for your goals!
Alex is currently a second year Doctor of Physical Therapy student at Texas Tech University Health Science Center. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology-Health Promotion with a minor in Theatre & Dance from the University of Texas, Austin, is certified in Applied Functional Science through the Gray Institute, and is a Power Pilates Comprehensive Certified Instructor. Alex is certified on all Pilates equipment; mat, reformer, trapeze/cadillac, wunda chair, stability chair, ladder barrel, tower, jumpboard, ped-o-pull, and foot pedal.
In her spare time, Alex enjoys dancing, experimenting with different foods, and traveling with her husband, Zach.

Denise Bailey

Recently relocated from South Florida, Denise comes to Omni Pilates with over 25 years of experience in movement training. A fully trained Pilates teacher through a diverse variety of styles, Denise has been teaching group classes and private sessions to men and women seeking to improve their fitness level and reclaim what they may have lost over time for a variety of reasons.
Denise is passionate about what she does and will help you improve your condition and flexibility to allow you to perform daily tasks without fear of injury and create deep lasting strength you can count on.
In her spare time Denise enjoys spending time with her husband of 44 years, John. They are blessed with 3 children, all married, and three grandchildren so far! Denise enjoys playing the piano, her 2 cocker spaniels, her cat, interior design, cooking and staying healthy on a plant based diet.

Channing Stewart PT, DPT

Channing received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Lubbock Christian University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center School of Health Professions. She was a volleyball player all 4 years at Lubbock Christian University. She is STOTT Pilates trained in essential and intermediate reformer with plans to complete cadillac, mat, barrel, and stability chair training. Currently she is also employed as a Physical Therapist at Trustpoint Rehabilitation Hospital of Lubbock where a large portion of my caseload includes adults and children that are neurologically involved. Experience with vestibular rehab (vertigo, BPPV, dizziness, and balance), spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, post-stroke rehabilitation, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, diabetic polyneuropathy, and other coordination disorders. Her hobbies include walking her dogs, grabbing coffee with mentors or friends, interior design, traveling with her husband, Josiah, or hanging out with our church community.
