Omni Pilates’ 30 Day Road to Wellness Beginning January 1, those who’d like, are invited to challenge themselves. We will have two categories, Focused and Multitasker. Sign up with your instructor, with the front desk, or email us by 12/31/18!
The choice of challenges include:
Eat 4 servings of VEGETABLES per DAY
Sleep a consistent number of hours each night
Add 1000 steps to your daily total (roughly 30 minutes casual walking)
Begin a gratitude journal (just a sentence or so per day)
Focused requires you to just choose one of the challenges, AND to stick with that single challenge! Prize: entered into a drawing for a private session.
Multitasker requires you to choose three of the challenges. Prize: entered into drawing for 3 Private sessions.
