I enjoy Pilates with Alina and Alex soooo much. They are both very experienced and concerned about the health and well-being of all their clients. My particular reason for going to Pilates would be much worse than it would be if I could not go stretch and strengthen my muscles. I highly recommend Omni Pilates to anyone who has had some sort of trauma to their body.
