Here at Omni Pilates we love to brag about our clients who are changing their bodies and lifestyles for the better. It brings us even more joy when it is one of our very own who is making changes and getting healthy. Twenty one days ago, Stephanie paired with Healthy Meals to Go, and started their 21 day challenge. For twenty one days she committed herself to eating their meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks. Today she is proud to announce that she is down a total of 13 pounds, and she is looking and feeling better than ever. As we all know, a commitment to eating healthy is just one piece of the pie. You must also be active. Stephanie has Omni Pilates to thank for her active lifestyle. Week after week she is teaching Pilates, and Zumba, and she recently started taking Yoga classes here as well. Way to go Stephanie! Thank you for being a leader, and living the motto of "Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live." -Jim Rohn
