Pilates Mat

Mat work exercises are the cornerstone of Pilates, with numerous exercises and scores of modifications that can be performed in a group fitness or personal training context. Most mat classes use your own body as resistance; however, some classes will incorporate props such as resistance bands, balls, rings, and small weights.
